A New Gin Experience, Crafted in Tokyo
Having “TOKYO LOCAL SPIRITS” as the concept, our original gin is created with shochu made on the Japanese islands of Hachijo-jima and Niijima in Tokyo, balanced with natural mountain spring water from Okutama in Tokyo, and flavored with seasonal botanicals.
We serve a variety of dishes from island cuisine of Tokyo to ethnic cuisine to accompany our gin.
It is a daily use izakaya with a distillery where you can enjoy small dishes that pair well with our gin.
