Royal Garden cafe たまプラーザ店の物販ゾーンの
コンサルティングを手がけさせていただきました。
従来のレジ前雑貨販売からキッチンアイテム、
グリーンを中心としたライフスタイルの物販ゾーンを展開。
MD確立だけでなく、什器イメージの提案、販売マニュアル作成、
販売教育までの全般を担当させていただきました。

We provided consulting services for product sales zone of
Royal Garden cafe Tamaplaza managed by the Royal Holdings Co., Ltd.
We created conventional sundries sales area in front of cash registers
as well as sales zone for kitchenware and lifestyle products with a focus on greens.
In addition to MD establishment, we were in charge of
general matters from store fixture image proposals,
sales manual production to sales training.
