PARK CITY OSAKI THE TOWER

三井不動産レジデンシャル様が手がける、住宅、商業施設、オフィスが集う
約3.6haの大規模複合再開発施設・パークシティ大崎ザ タワー。
こちらのモデルルームのコーディネートを担当させていただきました。
子育て中心のライフスタイルを想定し、
ナチュラルな素材を中心に子供部屋や
リビングには遊び心溢れる色使いのTVボードや子供用ベッドを配置。
また各部屋にグリーンを多く用いることで
都会ながら自然を感じられる空間を演出しました。

Park City Osaki the Tower is the large-scale multi redevelopment facility in 3.6ha
with residence, commercial facilities and offices managed by the Mitsui Fudosan Residential Co., Ltd.
We were in charge of the model room coordination.
With a family lifestyle focused on child rearing in mind,
we arranged TV boards in playful colors and
children’s beds made with natural material for children’s room and living room.
We also placed greens in each room
to produce a space with a touch of nature in the urban environment.
